Invita Receives TheRecognised ISO 9001:2008 Certification

Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain, 5 May 2016: Invita, one of the leading Omni channel CX solution provider in the GCC region and Bahrain’s leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider has been awarded the ISO 9001:2008 certification for its Outstanding Performance in Quality Management Systems. The Certification was handed over to Mr. Rahul Bhalla, CE of Invita at a ceremony held at the company’s headquarters in Manama on 4th May.

The ISO 9001:2008 is a type of qualification of quality management system granted to organizations that demonstrate their ability to consistently provide products and services that meet the customer’s statutory and regulatory requirements. With this certification, companies can further enhance customer satisfaction through efficient application of the system thus achieving their key business objectives.
