INVITA LAUNCHES STATE-OF-THE-ART TRAINING CENTER
Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain, 23 August 2016: Invita, one of the leading regional BPO service provider had the official launch of the Invita Training Center today. Invita Training Center (ITC) is an internationally accredited training services provider, focused on providing organizations and individuals with foundation-level, industry-neutral internationally certified training programmes.
The opening ceremony of ITC was held at its training center in the presence of the Board, Executive Management and Media representatives, with the Chairman, Mr. Rashad Akbari presiding over the inauguration ceremony.
Invita Training Center is a part of Invita Company B.S.C. (C), a well-known regional brand in the BPO operations, with more than a decade of experience.
ITC is aiming to improve and enhance the skills of the Bahrainis entering the job market, with worldclass training programmes managed by an experienced and energetic training team. ITC is one of the few training center in the Kingdom of Bahrain to have been issued the ISO 9001:2008 certification for its Quality Management System.
Invita’s GM, Mr. Rahul Bhalla, during the opening, commented, “Having worked with the various organizations and within sights into the job market, we had realized the gap in the market for specialized training services. Understanding this need, Invita has launched the Invita Training Centre, with a vision to work with the organizations to develop, provide and maintain training curricula which is tailor-made to the needs of the organizaton as well as endorsed by leading training accreditation bodies.
Invita plans to launch its services in various phases, starting with customized training programmes for organizations, which will be used as part of the induction training as well as refresher training for existing employees in these organizations. Invita plans to offer, accredited training programmes, which are well recognized as Industry Standards across various domains to Bahraini market. We are proud to be working with Tamkeen, EDB and the Ministry of Labour in our various initiatives, which focus on addressing the skills gap while being quality-oriented and cost-effective.
He also added, “Our company’s growing regional presence and partnership with international training bodies, plays a crucial role in Invita’s vision to attain the position of the leader in the training industry.”
It is worth mentioning that, the launch of the training center comes as part of the upcoming 10th Anniversary celebrations of Invita, which is set to take place in November. Invita will further grow its operational presence in the region by expanding to Saudi and Qatar. Additionally, Invita plans to further diversify into other service sectors.
